As President of Jayes Tech, Bahadur Mirza is responsible for managing the company and its operations. Mr. Bahadur strengthened the company’s focus on bottom line results and operational productivity. He is responsible for delivering exceptional talent to our clients across the US. This includes the ongoing transformation and development of Jayes Tech strategy, building strong relationships and providing superior customer service to our consultants, and leadership and professional development for the company’s Recruiters and Delivery Managers. He instituted new account strategies, moved the company into providing consultative IT services, and updated the company’s performance management process. Bahadur earned an Master’s in Engineering Management from University of Tennesse Chattanooga – USA.

As Jayes Tech AVP Gagan has responsibility for Jayes Tech Consulting Services business. He has supported numerous mid-to-large size clients in a variety of sales and engagement delivery leadership roles. In addition to executive-level management of key strategic client relationships and engagement delivery, Gagan is responsible for the overall growth of the business, go to market strategy, Consulting Services Sales, client delivery success, consultant development, risk management and day to day operations.
